3 Secret Reasons Why Patience Is the Best Fuel for Your Success

Hot:

Three secret reasons explain why patience is the best fuel for your flight into spiritual & personal success.

Those 3 secrets lie hidden behind this common question:

Why’s it so hard to be patient with others–
after we’ve conquered in ourselves what they’re struggling with?

Because we’re sick of that tiresome old scenario?
Because we want to escape all memory of our old pains?
Because in the light of our advancement, we realize how stupid our old struggle was?
Because we think we’re “past all that”?
Or because we think they’re inferior to us?

We must remember this:

Measured over the span of a lifetime, or an age–
our greater progress is only the blink of an electronic eye faster than someone “behind us”.

We must give those “slower” pilgrims on the byzantine wandering trails of life the same patience we wanted when WE were lost or WE were confused or WE were struggling with their same issue.

Because what looks like crawling to you might be someone else’s build-up to blast-off.

Remember:
36 seconds after lift-off, every ascending rocket sees every spaceship quivering far below on a launchpad as immobile.

But it’s actually a beehive of necessary calculations and trial-&-error preparations..

Also, to the humblest Angel in the heavens, what we consider our grandest flights of courage and invention might appear as basic as hopping over a mud puddle.

Most of all, these 3 secret reasons explain why patience is the best fuel for our future success!

Question 1. If we’re impatient with people slower than us, what are we saying to the Universal Schoolmaster we study under every day of our existence?

Answer: We’re shouting loud & clear:
We haven’t fully learned our lesson! We’re telling the Universe to please bring us more of the same bitter medicine to fully digest & move past our familiar old struggle!

Question 2. Why should we be patient with people who progress slower than us?

Answer: Because the exact quality of caring we give others, Life gives back to us. If we’re impatient with others, we short-circuit our connection to the merciful patience we’d received–
however small it seemed at the time–
that helped us survive our terrible growing pains.

Question 3. Once we’re free from our growing pains over that issue, why should we care?

Answer: Because the School of Life is an Infinity Pool! Just when we start congratulating ourselves on our wisdom or sophistication or prowess, Life’s busily choosing and cranking into position the next logical lessons of a new, heightened obstacle course for us to swim through.

But here’s the Ultimate Lesson Secret.

To paraphrase the New Testament:
“Even though I have all the wisdom, all the wealth, all the honors and all the accomplishments in the world, if I don’t have Love, everything else is nothing but a tinkling bell.”

That’s the Ultimate Lesson Secret:
LOVE.

In, through & beyond all circumstances of stress, stupidity, scorn and sacrifice, every Lesson in Life is another camouflaged lesson in LEARNING HOW TO LOVE.

Do you CHOOSE to learn how to express love during your new lesson–
or not?

More to the point:
Do you choose to learn how to love the easy way, or the hard way? Because for new & greater learning, one way or the other is INEVITABLE.

Summary:
During your stressful lessons do you CHOOSE to practice the power of patience? Or to suffer more by ignoring your power?

Patience is nothing but the fuel of love voluntarily used despite all constraints of time & circumstance.

See what powerful magnets your choices are?

Haven’t You Climbed Long Enough? Aren’t You Ready for a New Adventure?

Hot:

I.
Do you want to stop wandering, stop trekking, stop zig-zagging endlessly upwards by the sweat of your brow?

Do you want to stop struggling & learn how to fly?

Christ says the Kingdom of Heaven–
that mysterious, omnipresent exciting Kingdom–
is not only within you–
it’s within everyone.

What does this mean?

It’s our infinite final frontier.
It’s our perfect spiritual nest.
It’s our ultimate launching pad.
It’s our pure blue skies of happiness.

But what do I know?

It sounds like a lovely place to fly.

So you’re not alone in your desire.

II.
If you want to learn how to fly, why not help someone else?

Let’s face it:
We’re all learners.
We’re all beginners.
We’re all disgruntled veterans and secretly hopeful children.
We all desire a helping hand.

We’ve all risen to grasp some hard-won wisdom but it’s not enough.

We desire–and deserve–to spread our wings.

Spiritual Law:
He or she who gladly helps others, also receives help.
From Heaven and on Earth.
The greater your service to others, the higher the Kingdom of Heaven within you, leads you.

III.
Take this pure moment to trust a little bit.
Hear your own prayer.

Yes, your spiritual eyes can open enough to glimpse.
Your spiritual wings can sprout.
Your spiritual heart can thrill to that mysterious exciting blue reality…

Do you dare to admit your desire to fly?

Do you dare to take that wondrous leap?

I believe you do.

Just try.

More Controversy Unfolds About “the Right Maitreya, the Real Maitreya”, the Christ, and Jesus

Hot:

Written in response to an impassioned concerned reader claiming her real-life Maitreya is the only one & the best:

Dear Ila,
Many bodhisattvas, but one Buddha.
Many saints in Christ, but one Christ.
Many sects following & squabbling over Jesus, but one Jesus.
Many beams of sunlight, but one sun.
Many lovers, many experts, many healers, many haters, but One Reality of Love.

One difference I note between your obviously revered Maitreya & the Maitreya Mr. Creme speaks about tirelessly:
“his” Maitreya never disses “anyone else’s Maitreya”, he just says they’re not the same.

Personally–
Just for example–
I feel no need to justify my clear impressions of Maitreya the spiritual being of goodness, or to “make battle with my understandings & convictions against” anyone else’s.

Just as I don’t feel the need to stack up or justify my sense of Jesus Christ as Savior, against any battling or baffling Bible or other religion’s holy book quotes.

Nor do I feel pushed into countering nay-sayers weighted down by their blindness borne of scientific skepticism that’s spilled over into willful ignorance of their spiritual existence & its all-embracing reality.

I am glad you’ve found your honorable Maitreya, because many manipulative souls have entered Earth to test our wisdom and our patience–

Not to mention, to test the degree of our desire to uphold our ego superiority over our Central Heart’s True Pulsing Desire to LIVE, KNOW, SHARE SOUL LOVE.

Without labels, without needed license or limits or battles…

I believe the degree we obey this unavoidable fact:

The FACT of the call of every person’s private True Heart’s Pulsing Desire to LIVE, KNOW, SHARE SOUL LOVE–
No matter what their avowed faith or their lack of it–
Or whether they’re “good or evil” in other’s eyes, or in their own eyes–
Decides & defines WHETHER, WHEN and HOW we enter the New Christ Presence–
The New Earth–
New Future–
Reality awaiting us.
All.
Now.
With patient impatience.
Tapping its foot.

Thank you so much for writing Ila. I welcome hearing more from you & all concerned writers.”

Let’s get talking more! Let’s hear more!

Letting Go of 9 / 11

Hot:

In my heart I feel it’s time for us Americans to decide our most important ENERGY FOCUS to carry from past tragedies like 9/11 into our future:

Should we focus on the personal hurts, the torn families, the great damage to our national sense of stability and pride?

Can we find deep emotional and spiritual closure by dwelling on or suppressing the past?

Can we transcend the pain of our dreams and loves lost by daring for a revitalized brotherhood and sisterhood in our homes, our communities, our world?

Or should we continue obsessing over endlessly seeking vengeance on old enemies to the point that we endlessly create new ones?

Can we secure our country’s borders and our citizens’ liberties by letting our naturally spirited, free-speaking, free-acting, free-thinking people be treated as suspects by the endless motley parades of suspicious military, police and political bureaucrats who would “make our world safer for us”?

Isn’t it approaching time for us all to end mourning of the dead so the sparkling possibilities of today can emerge from their hiding places beneath the rocks of our guilt, anger, fear, habitual blindness?

Do I respect the dead? Do I respect those still in sorrow? Do I respect those who have sacrificed for our country and for a more peaceful world?

Yes, I most certainly do–
but I respect the claims of no man or woman, dead or alive, rich or famous, to chain me, you or any human being on Earth to any vision of our collective future that denies the great endless spiritual growth that is everyone’s sacred birthright.

No more excuses, my friends.

Your natural claim to a more joyful, peaceful, creatively sane existence is inextricably tied up in the fulfillment of every other human being’s very same birthright.

No matter how stifled or controlled by others in the past, this vital joy of our collective human birthright is meant to push up through the ashes of the Great Crusades, the Inquisition, the Black Plague, Auschwitz, Hiroshima, Bhopal, 9/11…

We’re to water with work and bright expectation the unseen seeds of an unknown harvest now germinating in the earth. These seeds now yearn inwards and reach outwards for Divine blessing to awaken their core potential.

How can we do anything but say YES to the opportunities for good that seek our patient attention through the tragedies inescapable to all human life?

I am honoring the dead of 9/11 and the newly born every day since by knowing and trying to live by this scientific fact:

LIFE NEVER ENDS.

Your life, my life, the actual existence of everyone’s spiritual beingness, simply never ends.

It only changes shape, changes focus, changes riverbed. Changes wind current, changes fragrance, changes intensity of awareness for our true hearts’ desires…

Peace, Blessings, Happiness and Solace to you and yours–
living, dead and yet to come–
on this good day of September 11, 2012.
